Terms

What you are agreeing to, in plain words

These are the standing terms for working with Dreamware Development LLC. Your signed engagement agreement governs if the two ever disagree; this page is here so nothing on it is a surprise.

The $999 audit

Both audits, the SEO & AI Visibility Audit and the AI Tools Audit, cost $999, collected when you book. It is refundable in full any time before we run it: if you change your mind, say so and we return it.

Once we have run the audit, the $999 is non-refundable, because at that point the work is done and the deliverable is yours. It is then credited to your first package with us. That credit is portable across both front doors: if you paid for the SEO & AI Visibility Audit and the right next step turns out to be tools and automation work, or the other way around, the credit follows you.

The fit gate

Every engagement is gated on the audit. We propose ongoing work only when the findings say we can move your numbers, and we decline when the honest read is that we cannot.

A decline is not a failure of the audit and it does not entitle you to a refund of it. You keep the full deliverable: the baseline, the teardown, the roadmap, and a written explanation of what to fix first. The decline path is a result. It is the one that saves you the most money.

The guarantee, and where it stops

The guarantee is anchored to your own frozen baseline. We do not promise a specific AI citation, a specific mention, or a specific search ranking, and no one honestly can: AI answers and rankings are probabilistic and move with model and algorithm updates. What we commit to is progress against the numbers we froze for you at kickoff, and progress counts any of three ways: your Share of Answer moves over your frozen baseline; your aggregate search visibility on the target keyword set we froze and countersigned together moves, measured on non-branded search impressions where you have granted Search Console access with sufficient history (this is the leading indicator, because AI engines draw on the same signals search visibility reflects); or your secondary evidence, AI-referred traffic and organic-sourced leads, moves. Each test has to clear your own measured noise floor: movement inside measurement noise does not count, in either direction, and search visibility is compared net of category-wide demand shifts, which protects both of us. How each floor is computed is written into your statement of work.

The guarantee window is 90 or 120 days. Which one you get is set by the authority score your audit measured and is recorded in your statement of work; weaker authority earns the longer window because answer-engine movement arrives more slowly on weaker domains. It is not a negotiated term.

The guarantee clock starts only once your baseline has passed our integrity floor. A baseline built on bad or unstable measurement cannot support a guarantee, so if the first measurement pass does not clear that floor, we re-measure before the clock runs. We tell you when it starts.

If no progress test clears its floor inside the guarantee window, we keep working at no charge for up to two further delivery months. That is the cap. If your numbers still have not moved at the end of those two months, either of us may end the engagement, and neither owes the other anything further.

Separately, every deliverable ships on the published delivery calendar or that month is free.

Liability

Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for it.

Who owns what

You own the deliverables we produce for you: the audit, the reporting, the content, the schema, the roadmaps, all of it, including the pages we host and publish for you on your own domain. We retain aggregate and anonymized measurement data, meaning data that does not identify you or your company, which we use to improve our own benchmarks and methods.

When you leave

You can end an engagement by email or through the billing portal, and the notice is effective on its own: no exit call required, nothing else to click. We may invite you to a short exit conversation, and where it fits we may offer a reduced-scope maintenance option, but accepting either is never a condition of leaving.

We host your marketing pages on your own domain from a private repository we operate for you; your own systems keep serving your logins, accounts, checkout and other dynamic paths throughout, and you keep those systems running for the term so that handing the site back is always available. Hosted pages run on Cloudflare and inherit its availability, which we pass through without adding a separate uptime warranty at this stage. You can direct a rollback to a previous published version, or a stand-down of hosting altogether, at any time and we act within one business day; you can also point your nameservers back yourself, and we will walk you through what else on your domain moves with them. Either way your site serves exactly as your own systems serve it, and the guarantee window pauses for as long as hosting is stood down.

Where we have published work for you, you also leave with the work itself: within 14 days of your end date we transfer the repository to a source-control account you own, or deliver it as an archive if you prefer, with a deploy-anywhere README and reintegration prompts for every page, written so that you, or anyone you hire, can host or evolve the site without us. All of it is free, and none of it depends on an exit interview, a testimonial, or anything beyond the terms above.
